Hi, I’m Kyi!
I’m a certified fitness coach, nutrition advisor, and a proud mom of two.
A few years ago, I was working long hours at a desk job, exhausted, dealing with migraines, postpartum depression, and completely disconnected from my body.
I weighed 67kg and felt stuck.
Everything changed after the pandemic hit. Losing people close to me made me realize how precious life and health really are.
I wanted to be there for my kids, not just present, but strong and joyful. That was my wake-up call.
I started my fitness journey in 2020 with no experience, a lot of fear, and a body that couldn’t even handle cardio without pain.
I found strength training by accident, and it saved me. Slowly, I learned how to train safely, eat well without restriction, and most importantly, believe in myself again.
Now, I help other women over 30 do the same. I created Power Project because I know what it feels like to struggle in silence, to feel like nothing works, and to doubt your own strength.

I’m a stay-at-home mother of two daughters under the age of 10. After having both of my babies via caesarean section, I’ve struggled with stubborn fat and weak abdominal muscles. I was afraid of working out, unsure of how to start, and lacking the confidence to push myself physically.

Do I weigh my food cooked or raw?
So, all food is weighted out cooked (excluding oats). Cook your rice and weigh out to desire measurements on plan – try and keep the cooking method as consistent as possible to. APPS RECOMMEND – My FitnessPal (to track daily calories)
How should I structure my meal timings and structure?
Mealtimes and structure can vary to suit lifestyle however, the POST WORKOUT meal must be placed post workout (due to using high GI carbs to replenish glycogen stores).
When do I have my cheat meal?
A cheat meal can typically be placed post the Friday/Saturday check in.
Do I track my cheat meal calories?
No this is used as a free meal, mental refresher and reward for adherence.
